In the SW corner of the Austin Convention Center, PepsiCo has set up “PepsiCo Central”, a lounge of sorts with couches and vending machines and some whiteboards. The centerpiece though is a big screen installation meant to be reminiscent of a train station notice board displaying a variety of social media data.
The display is composed of 12 screens (~42″) in a grid. Behind the scenes, note the speaker system used to create the sound of flipping tiles and the hardened unit used to store the core electronics of the experience:
