Arieso, a UK company that advises mobile operators, released a study today indicating that 1% of the world’s mobile users use 50% of the world’s bandwidth. Arieso’s CTO Michael Flanagan says that unlike the 1% made infamous by Occupy Wall Street, this digital 1% does not break down strictly along socioeconomic lines.
